Nadia Nkansah is a seasoned public health and community development leader with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of governance, business, and community development. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Graduate Certificate in Health Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Worcester State University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) at Walden University (anticipated August 2026).

Her academic training, combined with extensive hands-on experience in health systems management, policy implementation, and cross-sector collaboration, equips her with strong governance insight, strategic planning capacity, and accountability-focused leadership. She has a proven record of designing and overseeing community-centered initiatives that advance youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, education, and sustainable development, making her exceptionally well-suited for a leadership role within governance- and business-driven community development initiatives across Ghana and the United States.

DNA Bress-Biney (Co-Founder- Non Active Role) is a business development expert, agricultural enthusiast, business proposal strategist, and youth and governance practitioner with over a decade of experience across public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has partnered with leading institutions in Ghana and the United States to drive national development and foster cross-border collaboration.

Ernest Yeboah Asamoa (Volunteer) is a Ghanaian scholar, educator, and governance researcher dedicated to advancing democracy and development across Africa and the global community. He is a Doctoral Candidate in Political Science at Florida International University (FIU), specializing in comparative politics and international relations.
