DNA Bress-Biney is a business development expert, agricultural enthusiast, business proposal strategist, and youth and governance practitioner with over a decade of experience across public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has partnered with leading institutions in Ghana and the United States to drive national development and foster cross-border collaboration.

A standout achievement is his role as Project Lead Coordinator with the Office of the President of the Republic of Ghana, where he designed and led the Graduate Support Project. This initiative trained over 5,000 youth in practical agricultural and livelihood skills, such as snail farming, mushroom production, and soap making, and became one of the most impactful youth capacity-building programs during his tenure through his effective leadership in planning, execution, and monitoring.

As an external consultant to Agrihouse Foundation, DNA strengthened project development and fundraising efforts. In the United States, he has held voluntary leadership roles with the Ghana Heritage Foundation and Africa Firm (USA/Ghana), contributing to program strategy, community outreach, and organizational growth.

Earlier in his career, DNA served as President of the Association of Graduates in Skills Development, where he championed youth employment and governance, led agricultural projects, and influenced the creation of Ghana’s Youth Enterprise Support initiative, now the National Entrepreneurial and Innovation Plan (NEIP).

He is also a co-founder of the USA–Ghana Network, supporting strategic partnerships and long-term vision. Across all his work, DNA remains dedicated to empowering youth, strengthening communities, and advancing sustainable development with a passion for agriculture, entrepreneurship, and governance.
